The replaced or repaired toner serial no. is 1008032.
From very first day after installed replaced or repaired toner is not up to the mark and from 17th December 2008, again this vertical line has been coming out in every print. For which I have been failing to print necessary documents because the vertical line which has been coming out in the print is looking very odd.
This is the first time I have been facing trouble with this toner. I have checked my printer with another toner collecting from one of friends and print is ok which has proved that the printer is OK. I went to HP Service Center (2, Ripon Street, CMC Building, Kolkata - 700016) with this problem where after testing the toner they refused me (Case ID: ININDARC14001008154, Date: 12/18/2008).
I registered a complaint through “HP online Register a complaint form” (http://h20526.www2.hp.com/cchs/forms/SubmitCase_EU.asp) and sent an e-mail to soni.asthana@hp.com, indiaarc.helpdesk@hp.com along all the documents of purchased bill and sample test paper regarding this faulty toner (Q2612A) but after that there is no Response from HP still now.
I appeal all the HP customers that don’t trust the HP Product.
Thanx %26amp; Regards,

Hp has a posted failure rate of 0.2% for toners. Yes sometimes they do fail.
However, if you have had two toners both with a line in the same place the issue is most likely not the toner. You may have somethings stuck in your fuser unit or dirty feed rollers.HP is selling manufacturing defect Toner?
Hi
you have mentioned this above
This is the first time I have been facing trouble with this toner. I have checked my printer with another toner collecting from one of friends and print is ok
it means it is so simple problem with the new toner cartridge only
believe me or not i use to repair printer and once in a week or in every 15 days i will find this problem with the new sealed cartridge..
i guess you take necessary action with out wasting time, or it will be direct loss to you
Thanks and regards
