HP Laserjet Toner?

I am hearing that HP dates their cartridges, which means that even if it still has ink in it, when it hits the expiration date on the cartridge, the printer won't print. Is this true, and if so, is it true for all of their ink, ie. laserjet toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, etc. Thanks much.HP Laserjet Toner?
no, hp runs a timer on how many pages to send a warning, but checks actual levels before it actually stops printingHP Laserjet Toner?
It is not like that, HP will print a install by date on cartridge pack, you need to install the cartridge within install by date, otherwise the ink in cartridge may dry or due to clogged dust particles on cartridge nozzles. If the cartridge is in warranty and s not printing please contact HP support they will replace everything. I am a satisfied customer of HP.
