My HP LaserJet 4V prints w/ excess toner on both sides paper (print is 1-sided). Is this just a bad cartridge?

You may have a bad charging roller or faulty toner cartridge. Replace the cartridge first. The charging can be purchased from the following link:

Part is RF5-0349-000 or RF5-0349-CLNMy HP LaserJet 4V prints w/ excess toner on both sides paper (print is 1-sided). Is this just a bad cartridge?
when at this setting, you will have to load the paper, two times, one for the front page and the other for the back of the page, this is what is meant by two sided printing
